Crispy Loaded Meat Wraps

Soft tortillas stuffed with a savory ground meat and onion filling, then pan-toasted until golden and crispy on every side. Served warm with a cool yogurt sauce for dipping — quick to make, easy to love.

Instructions

Cook the filling

  1. 1

In a pan, heat a little oil and sauté the chopped onion until soft and lightly golden.

  2. 2

Add the ground meat and season with sweet paprika, cumin, black pepper, oregano, and salt.

  3. 3

Cook until the meat is fully done and nicely browned.

Wrap & crisp

  1. 1

Place some of the meat mixture onto a wrap and roll it tightly.

  2. 2

In the same pan, place the wraps seam-side down and cook until golden and crispy on all sides.

Serve

  1. 1

Stir together plain yogurt with garlic, salt, or herbs if you like.

  2. 2

Serve the wraps warm with yogurt on the side — dip, bite, and enjoy.

Toti’s Tips

  • Don’t overfill — easier to roll and crisp.
  • Press lightly while cooking for extra crispiness.
  • Cook on medium heat so they crisp without burning.
  • Make extra filling and store for later — perfect for meal prep.

Storage

  • Filling keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Re-crisp finished wraps in a dry pan for the best texture.
