Mango Banana Chia Pudding

This healthy chia pudding is creamy, naturally sweet, and comes together in just minutes. Perfect for breakfast, snack, or even dessert. My kids love it, and it keeps everyone full and satisfied without any added sugar.

Instructions

  1. 1

Add the bananas, mango, and a little water to a blender, food processor, or immersion blender cup.

  2. 2

    Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. 3

Stir in the chia seeds (don’t blend them if you want classic pudding texture — they’ll swell and thicken as they rest).

  4. 4

Pour into serving glasses or bowls.

  5. 5

Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight until thick and pudding-like.

  6. 6

Top with fruit, coconut flakes, or your favorite healthy toppings before serving.

Toti’s Tips

  • The pudding thickens more as it sits in the fridge.
  • Perfect for meal prep and easy grab-and-go breakfasts.
  • Naturally sweet from the banana and mango — extra sweetener is optional.
